Ingredients (for 9 servings):
Dry ingredients:
1 cup wholewheat flour
6 tb cocoa powder
1/2 cup coconut sugar
1/4 cup erythritol (or add more coconut sugar)
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
Wet ingredients:
3/4 cup soy milk (or other plantbased milk)
1/4 cup soy yogurt (or other plantbased yogurt)
1/4 cup peanut butter (or other nut butter) softened
2 tsp vanilla extract
Other: 1/2 cup vegan mini chocolate chips
Instructions:
1. Sift dry ingredients into a bowl and stir to combine.
2. In another bowl whisk wet ingredients very well.
3. Pour wet into dry ingredients, add chocolate chips, and stir to combine.
4. Pour mixture into a greased and lined 8-inch square pan and bake for 25 minutes at
180° C.
5. When it cools down completely, cut, and serve!
